My online coaching follows a holistic approach - body, soul (your mind and emotions) and spirit. We take a look at what your life looks like, where you want to see changes and create a plan that is going to work for you long term. Training with a plus size coach who understands not only how your body moves but also how we often have to address how we see ourselves can be transformative and help you see changes that will last - no quick fixes here.

My coaching program is different - we focus on making changes that last to support the life you want to live through fitness, wellness, self love and faith. Many plus size women have had an up and down relationship with fitness, movement and themselves and we work together to create a plan that works for your everyday life and build at making changes over time so they last year over year.
